NFL Rumors: Carolina Panthers to Target Tight End

The Carolina Panthers are expected to be active this offseason as they aim to become a playoff team again. As a result, there is buzz going around that they are going to be one of the teams that targets Miami Dolphins tight end Mike Gesicki in free agency.

The Panthers are going to need to bring in a quarterback this offseason, but it also would not hurt them to strengthen their tight end depth as well. Bringing in a player like Gesicki would certainly be a step in the right direction, as he has shown in the past that can be a high-impact player when playing at his best.

With Gesicki being one of the more notable free agents set to hit the market, he is understandably going to have plenty of interest for his services. Let's see if the Panthers end up being the lucky team to sign him this offseason from here.
