New Orleans Saints Will Target Veteran QB Again In Free Agency
When Derek Carr officially informed the Las Vegas Raiders that he would not accept a trade to any team, many believed it could be the end of the New Orleans Saints to push him, but on Monday, NFL Insider Ian Rapoport reported they'll look to target him again.
With Andy Dalton and Jameis Winston at QB in 2022, the team struggled for consistency in a big way, but if they can get healthy and add a player like Carr, they could arguably be the favourite in the NFC South come 2023.The #Saints could still sign QB Derek Carr once he becomes a free-agent, according to @RapSheet on @PatMcAfeeShow

Ultimately, many teams are going to be in the pursuit of Derek Carr, with the likes of New York, Tampa Bay and Indianapolis all looking to fill the QB position, but right now, New Orleans are likely seen as a big favourite to land his services.
