Los Angeles Rams Hiring Young Passing Game Coordinator
Just a year after winning the Super Bowl, the Los Angeles Rams took a massive step back, and while health was a major factor in that, their offence struggled in a major way, so they'll be looking to rectify that in 2023.
Getting Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp healthy will be key in that, but adding to this staff that already has the addition of Mike LaFleur as Offensive Coordinator will help too, and today, the team added Aubrey Pleasant as their DB Coach/passing game coordinator.
Pleasant has been making his way through the ranks in the NFL for the past 9 seasons now, and has become a well respected name throughout the league, and pairing him with Sean McVay could definitely help him improve his standing in the coming years. An assistant coaching return: the Rams are hiring Aubrey Pleasant as their DB coach/passing game coordinator, per source.

Pleasant returns to LA after serving as the Lions DB coach/passing game coordinator and then a consultant for the Packers for the second half of 2022.
