Las Vegas Raiders QB Informs Team He Won't Accept A Trade
The Las Vegas Raiders off-season has begun early, as the team is looking to move on from Pro Bowl Quarterback Derek Carr, and earlier this week, he took a visit with the Saints, giving the team hope that he would waive his no trade clause to be dealt to New Orleans.
Today however, Carr has officially told the Raiders that he won't accept a trade to New Orleans, or anywhere else in the league, which lines up with the league wide expectation that he will be released in the coming days, making him one of the top free agents available.
When he does become a free agent, he'll no doubt have interest from the Saints, Jets, Buccaneers, Colts and potentially other teams, meaning that with him and Aaron Rodgers potentially on the move, this off-season could get wild.Sources: #Raiders QB Derek Carr has informed the team he won’t accept a trade to the #Saints or any other team.
