Las Vegas Raiders Likely Out On Star Quarterback
The majority of the talk around the NFL thus far this off-season has once again centred around Aaron Rodgers, and whether he'll request a trade or stay in Green Bay, but as of Thursday, it appears that he now has one less suitor on the table.
According to Sports Illustrated, the Las Vegas Raiders no longer plan to pursue the four-time MVP, and unless a new suitor emerges, that leaves the New York Jets, who are reportedly still very infatuated with former Raiders Quarterback Derek Carr.
With other veterans available and a first-round that will be packed with talent at the Quarterback position, there's plenty of options for Las Vegas, but after having to wait for Rodgers to come out from his darkness retreat, it appears that they'll be going in a different direction.#Raiders are not expected to pursue Aaron Rodgers (@HondoCarpenter).
