Kansas City Chiefs Wide Receiver On Track To Play On Sunday
The Kansas City Chiefs offence has been the best in the NFL in 2022, with Patrick Mahomes taking home his second career MVP last night, and with a talented group of wide receivers, the outcome in the Super Bowl likely depends on their performance.
On Thursday, they got some great news then, as young wide receiver Kadarius Toney was upgraded to a full participant in practice, and unless something big happens over the next few days, he's in line to play in Super Bowl LVII against Philadelphia.
The Chiefs wide receiver room took a massive hit in the AFC Championship Game win over the Bengals, with Mecole Hardman being ruled out of the Super Bowl this past week, but with Toney, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Marques Valdez-Scantling, they have more than enough talent to come out on top.Chiefs CB L’Jarius Sneed was added to the injury report due to a knee injury and was limited in practice Thursday.
