Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback Retires Following Super Bowl Win
Heading into the Super Bowl, there were plenty of amazing stories, and following the Chiefs historic 3-point victory, there's another, as veteran Quarterback Chad Henne has officially retired as a two-time Super Bowl Champion following a great career.
The 37-year old may not have played much in 2022, but he's been a fantastic backup for Patrick Mahomes over the past five seasons, and has been a valued member of the Chiefs franchise, and with such a bright mind, could likely move into a role as an analyst or a coach.#Chiefs QB Chad Henne retires a Super Bowl champ… Bud Light in hand 🍺 pic.twitter.com/B7FVoTwLdf

His career spanned 15-years in the NFL, and he will go out with a 59.6 completion percentage, 13,290 passing yards with 60 Touchdowns and 63 Interceptions, and while he never quite lived up to the hype of being drafted in the second round, he's been a solid player for a long time in the NFL.
