Chicago Bears Release Defensive End
The Chicago Bears are expected to be one of the most active teams in the entire NFL this off-season, with the most cap room in the league combined with the No. 1 overall draft pick in the upcoming 2023 NFL Draft, and now, they've made their first player related move of the off-season.
On Friday, the team came to the release of young defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad, a man that they signed to a two-year contract last off-season, and as he was just a depth piece for this team, this is a move that makes sense.
In his career, Muhammad has played with New Orleans, Indianapolis and Chicago, racking up 12 sacks and 4 forced fumbles over that time, meaning he's very likely to find a depth role somewhere in the NFL.Bears are releasing defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad, per source.
