Baltimore Ravens Veteran Defensive Lineman Confirms He'll Play In 2023
The Baltimore Ravens may have fallen apart by the time the 2022 playoffs rolled around, but throughout the season, they were one of the AFC's best teams, led by a solid defence, and during Super Bowl week, they got some good news on that side of the ball.
During coverage of the Super Bowl, veteran Calais Campbell confirmed that he will return in 2023, and while he's still under contract with the Ravens, there's a chance he may be cut or have his contract restructured, but this is good news for the veteran.
Over his illustrious career, Campbell has played in 227 games for three franchises, racking up 809 total tackles, 99 sacks, 16 forced fumbles, 12 fumble recoveries, 3 Interceptions and 57 passes defended, earning 3 All-Pro's, 6 Pro Bowl's and a spot on the 2010's All Decade team, but it appears he has at least one more great season in him..@CalaisCampbell signs off for the day by confirming that he will be back for a 16th NFL season and picking the @Eagles to win #SuperBowlLVII 👀
