Arizona Cardinals Release Veteran Defensive Back
Free agency is now officially less than a month away, and for teams to make a big splash, they need roster spots and cap space, so over the past few days, we've seen some moves to make that happen, whether it be shocking moves like the Rams with Bobby Wagner, or smaller moves.
Today, the Cardinals made a smaller move, as they officially came to terms on the release of veteran defensive back Chris Banjo, who has spent the past four seasons with the team following stints in both New Orleans and Green Bay.
At 32-years of age, it's unclear what the future holds for Banjo, as he's been a good depth piece for so long, but with such experience, there's no doubt that there will be interest in him for a variety of roles in the NFL.The Cardinals have released veteran DB/special teamer Chris Banjo.
