Washington Commanders Fire Offensive Coordinator
The Washington Commanders showed plenty of fight throughout their 2022 season, but unfortunately, the offensive struggles plagued them throughout and eventually caught up with them, and while it's hard to blame it on one person, the team has clearly chose their scapegoat.
That would be Offensive Coordinator Scott Turner, who has had to deal with 8 starting Quarterbacks in his three seasons in Washington, but with Head Coach Ron Rivera and this organization believing they are capable of winning, Turner is out and they'll look to find someone that can get this talented offence rolling from 2023.
If they can get a solid Quarterback, with names such as Jimmy Garropollo, Derek Carr, Mike White and others potentially becoming available, as well as a good offensive mind as coach, this is a team that will certainly contend for the playoffs next season. The #Commanders fired OC Scott Turner, per source.
