Washington Commanders Defensive Tackle Out In Week 18
The Washington Commanders may have been eliminated from the playoffs with their Week 17 loss to the Cleveland Browns, and now, they'll have a chance to play spoiler in Week 18 against the Dallas Cowboys, but unfortunately, it looks like they'll be quite undermanned for this matchup.
One of their most important players is among those ruled out on Friday, that being Jonathan Allen, defensive tackle that has racked up an impressive 7.5 sacks and 1 interception on the season, en route to his second straight Pro Bowl appearance.

OUT
DT Jonathan Allen
OL Saahdiq Charles
OT Cornelius Lucas
RB Brian Robinson
DE James Smith-Williams
CB Benjamin St-Juste
QUESTIONABLE
S Kam Curl
LB Jamin Davis
LB Nathan Gerry
G Andrew Norwell
Despite solid play all year, Week 18 now means nothing to the Commanders, but with such a promising future, especially on defence, if Allen can get back to this level in 2023 as well as Chase Young, we should be looking at a playoff squad next season.
