Seattle Seahawks Promote Tight End

The Seattle Seahawks have elevated Tyler Mabry to their active roster.

Mabry has seven games of NFL experience on his resume, so he will be ecstatic to get more reps with the Seahawks from here. In those limited appearances, the 6-foot-4 tight end recorded one reception. Needless to say, he has not been given too many chances when called upon, but perhaps that will change with this latest promotion from Seattle.

It will be fun to see how Mabry responds to this promotion from here. If he puts up a big performance in Week 18, perhaps it could lead Seattle to use him in a bigger role when next season rolls around.
