Philadelphia Eagles Star Tackle On Track To Return Next Week
The Philadelphia Eagles were good enough in the final week of the regular season to clinch the No. 1 seed in the NFC heading into the playoffs, and now, it's given them an extra week of recovery for some of their key players, which is going to pay off big time.
Jalen Hurts has returned to practice this week, as has Right Tackle Lane Johnson, who was expected to miss the remainder of the season, but after delaying surgery, he has confirmed that come next week, he will once again be good to go.
At full health, there's only one team in the NFC that looks ready to take down this deep, talented and experienced Eagles team, and if Johnson can get back to full health, he'll make a huge difference to this offence.Pro Bowl RT Lane Johnson was spotted at Eagles practice today. Johnson has not played since Week 16, when tests revealed a torn tendon in the abdominal area. He appears on track to return next week for the Divisional Round.
