NFL Rumors: Seahawks QB Set To Return In 2023
Despite their loss against the stacked San Francisco 49ers on Saturday of Wild Card weekend, the Seattle Seahawks still took a massive step forward on both sides of the ball in 2022, and one of the biggest reasons for that was the career year of Quarterback Geno Smith.
Smith is an impending free agent, and with plenty of teams needing veteran Quarterback help, he was expected to be a hot commodity on the market, but now, it appears that he will be back in Seattle, as the team is working on locking him up as they continue to rebuild in their post-Russell Wilson era.
With a great young defence and plenty of weapons on the offence that will only continue to improve as time rolls on, this is a team that has the potential to make another big leap in 2023, especially with the stability at QB.Report: The #Seahawks are bringing QB Geno Smith back for the 2023 season, per @RapSheet

Geon is a pending free-agent but he'll return.
"He's genuine, he is well-liked." - Those are a couple of things that the Seahawks former QB, Russell Wilson, was accused of not being. pic.twitter.com/kL0wQIfhwa
