NFL Names Week 17 AFC Players Of The Week
The NFL's Week 17 slate of games may have ended in an unforeseen tragedy that we hope and pray won't result in the worst case scenario, but on Sunday, we saw plenty of great performances in high-stakes matchups, and today, the NFL has declared their AFC Players of the Week.
Offensively, Austin Ekeler was key for the Chargers win in the battle of LA, with 10 carries for 122 yards and 2 Touchdowns, as well as hauling in 4 catches for 39 yards. Defensively, the Patriots slowed down a talented Patriots offence, with Kyle Duggar's 5 tackles, 2 passes defended and defensive Touchdown leading the way. In terms of special teams, it was Browns punter Corey Bojorquez who led the way, with 4 punts for 187 yards, 2 of which were inside the 20 that helped control field position for an impressive win over the Commanders.Players of the Week - Week 17
