New York Jets Rule Out Three Starting Offensive Linemen
The New York Jets season came to an abrupt and disappointing end in Week 17 after showing so much promise to start the year, but now, with one game to go against the Miami Dolphins, they want the season to be over so they can begin assessing this roster and the Quarterback position going forward.
With Mike White ruled out for Week 18, the team have turned back to Joe Flacco, but in the process, have received some terrible news, as Duane Brown, George Fant and Nate Herbig, three starters along the offensive line have also been ruled out, leaving Flacco with very little protection up front.
While there's not much on the line in this game for the Jets, having an immobile Quarterback behind a line that is now missing three (plus the two already out for the season) offensive lineman could be a recipe for disaster, so they'll be hoping that Flacco can survive back there.Duane Brown, George Fant and Nate Herbig have all been ruled out. Wow.
