New York Jets 'Committed To Finding A Veteran QB' This Off-Season
The New York Jets made the massive move today of hiring former Denver Broncos Head Coach Nathaniel Hackett as Offensive Coordinator, but if Robert Saleh's press conference is anything to go by, he's not going to have Zach Wilson as his only option at Quarterback.
Saleh went on record as saying "we're committed to finding a veteran at QB', and while the obvious link is Aaron Rodgers, who the team has already been linked too, there's plenty of veterans available that could help this young team take the next step.
With weapons like Breece Hall and Garrett Wilson to go along with an elite defence, these Jets are ready to make a massive leap, and whether it's Aaron Rodgers, Derek Carr, Lamar Jackson or another veteran, it looks like they realize that, and are ready to take a massive chance on a QB.Robert Saleh on if the #jets plan at QB came up with Nathaniel Hackett: Said they didn't discuss names but said "we're committed to finding a veteran."
