New Orleans Saints Confirm Head Coach Will Be Back

Even with the Buccaneers winning the NFC South with an 8-9 record on the year, the New Orleans Saints weren't able to capitalize and compete for a playoff spot, but with so many injuries, there was only so much this group could do.

With no consistency at Quarterback and injuries to both sides of the ball, the team competed down to the final week, and for the Saints franchise, that was enough to bring back their Head Coach, as today, the teams General Manager announced that Dennis Allen will once again be back in 2023.

Dennis Allen is remaining as the head coach of the team, per Loomis.

The team doesn't have a first-round pick in 2023, which will certainly help their chances of turning it around, but with several moves to make, it makes complete sense to keep Allen as they look to move forward and turn this squad into the playoff team they can be.
