Minnesota Vikings Working On Extension With Star Wide Receiver
In predictable fashion, the Minnesota Vikings went down over Wild Card weekend due to their lack of a passing game in crunch time, but over the regular season, it's safe to say that Justin Jefferson has solidified himself as the best wide receiver in the entire NFL.
After three incredible seasons that has seen him tally 324 catches for 4,825 yards and 25 Touchdowns, it appears the team is in the early stages of talks for a contract extension, and at this point, it's safe to say that Jefferson is going to become the highest paid at his position in NFL history.
There's no doubt that in recent years, the league has become more favourable to wide receivers, but with guys like Jefferson, Ja'Marr Chase, Stefon Diggs, Davante Adams and so many more, we may be seeing the best wide receiver group in NFL history, and now, Jefferson is going to get paid for being the best of the bunch. The #Vikings are working on a contract extension with star WR Justin Jefferson and have began a preliminary contract conversations, per the team.
