Minnesota Vikings Sign Defensive Tackle
The Minnesota Vikings have made a depth move, as they have signed Sheldon Day to a futures contract.
With this move, the Vikings have added another potential option for their active roster for next season. The defensive tackle has a good amount of experience at the NFL level, but he also has not appeared in a game since the 2021 campaign. As a result, he will be aiming to change that with the Vikings in 2023.
In 67 career NFL games on his resume, he has recorded 76 combined tackles to go along with 7.0 sacks. Let's see if he gets the opportunity to improve upon these career stats as a Viking during the 2023 campaign from here.
