Minnesota Vikings Safety Ruled Out For Week 18
The Minnesota Vikings have dominated the NFC North from beginning to end of the 2022 season, and punched their ticket to the playoffs early, but now, they've got one game to go against the Chicago Bears before they head back to the playoffs.
One player that won't be available for the Week 18 matchup is starting safety Harrison Smith, who has officially been ruled out with knee soreness, but thankfully for Vikings fans, it's not an injury that's expected to be serious, and he should be available for the teams Wild Card weekend matchup.
The star safety is in his 11th season in the NFL, all with Minnesota, and in 2022, he's tied a career high with 5 interceptions, while leading a very good defence, and if he can return for the playoffs, this is a team with the potential to go very far in 2022/23.Vikings safety Harrison Smith has been ruled out for tomorrow’s game in Chicago because of knee soreness that developed Friday after practice. At the moment the injury does not appear serious, and the expectation is that he will be ready to play for the wild-card playoff round.
