Miami Dolphins Quarterback Still In Concussion Protocol
The success and failure of the 2022 Miami Dolphins season was defined by the head injuries suffered by Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, and after ending his season with his second concussion of the year, the young star remains under the NFL's concussion protocol.
While there's no more games for him to miss, Tagovailoa was nominated as a first alternate for the QB position in the AFC team for the 2023 Pro Bowl Games, but will now officially not compete as he looks to the 2023 NFL season.
One positive piece of news is that this is due to the regular progression of the NFL's concussion protocol, and not a result of a setback or anything happening to him, and at this rate, he is on pace to be ready once training camp begins next season.Per source, Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa remains in concussion protocol and will not participate in pro bowl activities

He was named a first alternate for the AFC but I’m told it’s been a deliberate progression through protocol — not result of any setbackhttps://t.co/4mMpa97PI1
