Los Angeles Chargers To Interview Former Cowboys Coach For OC Role
With such a talented roster, the Los Angeles Chargers should be doing much more with their chances in the playoffs, and after another disappointing finish in 2022, they're looking to make some big changes, with the biggest of all being bringing in a new Offensive Coordinator.
They've been searching high and low, but perhaps the best candidate of all will be interviewed in the coming week, in the form of Kellen Moore, the former Offensive Coordinator of the Dallas Cowboys, who just agreed to part ways with the team earlier tonight.
Over the past two years, the Cowboys offence has been in the top-10 in the entire NFL, so it's a baffling decision for Dallas to let him go, but if the Chargers believe he can help take Justin Herbert to the next level, then it's the perfect combination.Former #Cowboys OC Kellen Moore is expected to speak with the #Chargers for their OC opening, per me and @TomPelissero. A newly available coordinator, Moore should figure prominently. Dallas had already given LAC permission to speak with him.
