Los Angeles Chargers To Interview Titans Coach For OC Role
The Los Angeles Chargers are one of many teams this off-season searching for their ideal candidate for a vacant Offensive Coordinator role, but with Justin Herbert playing Quarterback, it's safe to say that theirs is one of, if not the most enticing job for coaches out there.
They've been searching high and low for the ideal candidate, with young, up and coming coaches as well as veterans being interviewed, and this week, they'll be adding another from the former, with Titans tight end coach Luke Steckel.
Steckel is certainly one of the lesser known names out there, but a Princeton grad that is considered one of the smartest young coaches out there, will certainly be gaining momentum in the coming years, but right now, the Chargers need a veteran, so don't expect him to be a favourite for the role. The #Chargers will interview #Titans TE coach Luke Steckel for their offensive coordinator job this week, per sources.

Steckel is a fascinating name. He's 37, a Princeton grad, highly intelligent and widely respected by players and peers. The next Ben Johnson?
