Las Vegas Raiders QB To Be Cut If They Can't Find A Trade
The Las Vegas Raiders clearly made the decision to move away from Quarterback Derek Carr for the final two games of the season, and now, after nine years as the starter for the storied franchise, it appears that Carr's time in Vegas is officially over.
The team will look to trade him in the off-season, but with a no trade clause, it's going to be hard for them to find a suitor willing to give up what they want to take on the massive salary, so it's safe to say that it will be an interesting off-season for the Raiders.
Now, it's been confirmed that if they can't find a trade partner by February 15, they'll simply cut Carr, so with so much QB movement expected this off-season, with Lamar Jackson, Tom Brady, Geno Smith, Daniel Jones, Aaron Rodgers and Carr all expected to play a role, it will be fun to see just how it all plays out.The #Raiders will cut QB Derek Carr if they can't find a trade partner by Feb. 15, according to @VicTafur pic.twitter.com/D83Uksxk9I
