When Kansas City Chiefs cornerback L'Jarius Sneed left Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos early with a hip injury, it naturally caused concern. However, now we have learned that he has avoided the worst-case scenario, as he has been deemed day-to-day.

With this news, Sneed should have zero trouble getting back into the lineup. The Chiefs could elect to have him sit for the final game of the year in order for him to get more rest for the playoffs. Either way, we should certainly see him in action again this year.

Nevertheless, this is certainly better news than initially expected.
