Kansas City Chiefs Activate Wide Receiver to 53-Man Roster
The Kansas City Chiefs are getting back a speedy, versatile pass catcher right in time for the playoffs. The team officially activated wide receiver Mecole Hardman from injured reserve, adding him to the 53-man roster.
Hardman has missed the last eight weeks with an abdomen suffered in the Chiefs' Week 9 20-17 win over the Tennessee Titans. He accumulated 328 yards from scrimmage and six touchdowns in eight appearances to open the season. We have activated WR Mecole Hardman from Reserve/Injured.

Hardman was one of the Chiefs' top pass catchers before his injury, so their already elite offense could jump a level if he can hit the ground running. He'll likely compete with Kadarius Toney for WR3 duties behind Juju Smith-Schuster and Marquez Valdes-Scantling.
