Indianapolis Colts To Give Eagles OC Second Interview For Head Coach Role
The Indianapolis Colts seemingly have the talent to compete for the AFC South division crown in 2023, but with a Quarterback carousel rolling on and questions at Head Coach, plenty of decisions have to be made this off-season in order to make that happen.
They've been scouring the entire NFL to make sure they find the correct Head Coach going forward, and while owner Jim Irsay reportedly wants Jeff Saturday back, there's plenty of names still out there, and this week, they'll have another interview with Eagles Offensive Coordinator Shane Steichen as he prepares the Eagles talented offence for their upcoming Super Bowl.
He's been fantastic in leading Jalen Hurts and this team to the Super Bowl in 2022/23, and while he's an unproven commodity, he's played his role well, so if the team want to bring him in and give him a young Quarterback to lead, this is certainly a bounce back candidate in 2023.Indianapolis is planning to conduct a second head coaching interview with Eagles offensive coordinator Shane Steichen this week, per sources. He is on the Colts’ short list of candidates getting further consideration for their HC job.
