Houston Texans Interview Giants Offensive Coordinator For Second Time
The Houston Texans, for the second straight off-season have fired their Head Coach, and now, with the chance to get their Quarterback of the future in the draft, they'll look to finally hire one that can lead them for years through this rebuilding period.
There's been plenty of names floated out there, with Eagles Defensive Coordinator Jonathan Gannon considered the favourite, but as they haven't interviewed him yet, they are looking at other names, with New York Giants Offensive Coordinator Mike Kafka coming in for his second interview this week.
Kafka has been drawing plenty of interest throughout this cycle, and while it's very unlikely that the Texans will make their decision quickly over the next few weeks, this is a good sign for his chances of landing a job that many think will be a good one, as the draft picks and young talent make them a promising young team.Texans bringing in Giants OC Mike Kafka for a second interview for their head coaching job, per @TomPelissero https://t.co/j8uHnxr4N6 pic.twitter.com/lSbxIMyXNV
