Dolphins To Interview Coach For Vacant Defensive Coordinator Job
Despite their solid start to the 2022 NFL season, the Miami Dolphins fell apart towards the end, and snuck into the playoffs only to go down to the Buffalo Bills over Wild Card Weekend, and now, they've got work to do if they are to become genuine contenders in the AFC.
First things first, the team will need to fill their vacant Defensive Coordinator role, and this week, they are planning an in-house interview with linebackers coach Anthony Campanile, who impressed many within the organization in his time there.
The team has also expressed interest in bringing in veteran Vic Fangio, and with so much talent, it's likely going to be a big year for Head Coach Mike McDaniel, so if they want to take the next step, this will need to be the right hire.The #Dolphins are planning to interview LBs coach Anthony Campanile for their vacant defensive coordinator job this week, source said.
