Lamm suffered an ankle injury in the second quarter and was seen walking to the locker room. He has yet to return.
The Dolphins were already very thin at tackle entering today's game with Terron Armstead and Eric Fisher inactive. Should Lamm be unable to play, the Dolphins could face insurmountable odds against the Patriots today. They're also without starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa because of a concussion.
The Patriots and Dolphins are tied 7-7 at the half. The Dolphins need a win today to hold onto the third Wildcard spot in the AFC.
