Detroit Lions Sign Linebacker

The Detroit Lions have signed Julian Stanford to their practice squad.

Stanford recently worked out for Detroit, and now we have confirmation that he impressed during it. With this move, the Lions have added an experienced linebacker to their depth. If he impresses at practice from here before the Lions' last game, perhaps it could lead him to being promoted to their active roster.

Alas, this is a good little depth move by the Lions. Let's see if Stanford can sneak his way into some game action from here.
