Denver Broncos Place Two Players On Injured reserve
The tumultuous Denver Broncos 2022/23 season is just one game from ending, after a shocking lack of success under Russell Wilson, and for the teams finale against the Los Angeles Chargers, they'll be without two key players, as both Marlon Mack and Dalton Risner have officially been placed on Injured Reserve.
With Wilson locked in long term, this team needs to find a way to turn it around, and with so many changes to make, they'll have the opportunity to do so this off-season, but it's safe to say that many within the organization are just glad this season will finally be over. Some moves around the NFL:
— Field Yates (@FieldYates) January 3, 2023
* The 49ers have waived DT Akeem Spence and practice squad QB Jacob Eason
* The Broncos placed RB Marlon Mack and G Dalton Risner on IR
* The Packers signed TE Austin Allen and K Matt Ammendola to their practice squad
As for Risner and Mack, they've still got plenty to offer, and should be back in 2023/24 better than ever, but for now, their seasons are over.
