Cincinnati Bengals Extend Quarterbacks Coach
The Cincinnati Bengals have established one of the league's most effective offensive systems over the past two years, and teams have begun to scour their coaching staff in hopes of snatching away a little bit of their success. Luckily for the Bengals, they've secured one of their most intriguing prospects. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Bengals have extended quarterbacks coach Dan Pitcher.
Pitcher joined the Bengals as an assistant in 2016 and eventually worked his way up to quarterbacks coach in 2020. In Pitcher's time with the team, quarterback Joe Burrow has blossomed into one of the league's premier young passers, making a Super Bowl following the 2021 season and earning his first Pro Bowl in 2022.#Bengals QBs coach Dan Pitcher is in demand for OC jobs and Cincy recently made a big move to try to keep him working with Joe Burrow in the future.

Burrow's achievements made Pitcher a prime candidate for the various offensive coordinator vacancies around the league, but he must be content to build on the momentum the Bengals have built over the past two years.
