Chicago Bears Offensive Lineman Injured
The Chicago Bears will likely be without one of their offensive linemen for the remainder of their Week 17 NFC North showdown with the Detroit Lions. Right guard Teven Jenkins exited with a neck injury and has been declared doubtful to return.
Jenkins suffered a neck injury in the first quarter of the Bears' Week 15 25-20 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles that forced him to miss Week 16's 35-13 loss to the Buffalo Bills. He appears to have aggravated the injury today.#Bears Injury Update:

The Bears offensive line has gotten off to a rough start in today's showdown with the Lions. Quarterback Justin Fields has been sacked five times and appears to have suffered a head injury. The Lions lead 24-10 at halftime.
Jenkins' unavailability isn't going to make or break the Bears' season. They sport the NFC's worst record and have passed for the fewest yards in the league. The larger concern should be whether his absence puts Fields at greater risk.
