Baltimore Ravens Waive Veteran Wide Receiver
The Baltimore Ravens have been dealing with injuries to the Quarterback position for weeks now, and come playoff time, it could certainly cost them, but one more thing that might hold them back is their inability to find weapons on the outside, making today's roster move even more curious.
Today, the team officially announced that veteran wide receiver DeSean Jackson has been waived, but after racking up just 9 catches for 153 yards on the season, it was clear that he wasn't making the impact that this team had hoped for when they brought him in.
After such a fantastic career that will likely end with a Hall of Fame induction, this could certainly be his last chance in the NFL, but for now, only time will tell. The Ravens have waived veteran WR DeSean Jackson and TE Nick Boyle.

The team has elevated QB Brett Hundley and DT DT Rayshad Nichols from the practice squad and activated WR Tylan Wallace and CB Daryl Worley from IR.
