Arizona Cardinals Request To Interview Lions Defensive Coordinator
With a talented roster led by Kyler Murray and a fantastic group of wide receivers, the Arizona Cardinals can bounce back in a big way in 2023, and with that potential in mind, the organization is casting a wide net for their vacant Head Coach role, requesting to interview yet another coach for the job.
That would be in the form of Detroit Lions Defensive Coordinator Aaron Glenn, and while this team will go as far as Murray and the offence will take them, they have more than enough talent on the defensive side of the ball, so perhaps a defensive minded coach could be the thing they need.
Glenn played 14 seasons in The NFL, and since retiring, he has worked his way up through the defensive coaching ranks, and now, after a solid season with Detroit, it appears he'll be one of the next Coordinators to take the leap to Head Coach, whether it be with Arizona or another team. The #Cardinals put in a request to interview #Lions DC Aaron Glenn for their head coaching job, per source.
