Joining the New England Patriots.
The Patriots have signed cornerback Tae Hayes to their practice squad.

The Appalachian State alum has had stops with Jaguars, Dolphins, Vikings, Cardinals, Panthers and USFL's Birmingham Stallions.
Hayes has spent time with the Carolina Panthers this season, recording three total tackles over five games.
For his career, the twenty-five-year-old has spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, Arizona Cardinals, Carolina Panthers and, now, the Patriots.
In nine career games, Hayes has 13 total tackles and two passes defended.
The undrafted cornerback out of Appalachian State will now look to make it to the Patriots' active roster before the end of the season.
