NFL Rumors: Indianapolis Colts Top Head Coaching Candidate Revealed
The Indianapolis Colts may have got off to a fantastic start in the Jeff Saturday era, but unfortunately, in Week 13, the team was dominated by the Dallas Cowboys, and unless the team can finish the season with a perfect record, there's a very good chance the team will have a new Head Coach from the 2023 season onwards.
While there's going to be plenty of options, and the team will certainly need to fill the Quarterback position with an adequate facilitator for this talented offence, in recent days, a familiar face could be the leading candidate to fill the role, as it appears the team is eyeing off former Colts QB and 49ers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh as their next leader.
Harbaugh has served as the Head Coach of the Michigan Football team since being let go in San Francisco back in 2014, but the chatter has increased in recent times about a return to the NFL, and while it's early and there will definitely be other candidates, this is a reunion that could make plenty of sense for 2023 going forward. From Sunday: With his old team the #Colts having an opening for a head coach, NFL teams are doing homework on Jim Harbaugh again and at least a few key people believe he'd consider it. https://t.co/GuNcagl6Yt
