New York Giants Star 50-50 To Play On Sunday
The New York Giants first season under Head Coach Brian Daboll has been a massive success to this point, but with two straight matchups against the NFC East, they have a very crucial stretch coming up, so the last thing this team needs is for their biggest offensive weapon to miss time.
It came as a shock to many Giants fans then when Saquon Barkley popped up on the Injury Report late in the week with a neck injury, and while many brushed it off, it could now genuinely cost him the Week 14 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, as he is a 50-50 chance to play, and his availability will be decided upon before the game.
On the season, Barkley has been a dominant force once again, with 1,300 All-Purpose yards and 8 Touchdowns, and simply put, if he can't be available going forward, this is a team that may struggle to hold onto their NFC Wild Card spot.#Giants RB Saquon Barkley, listed as questionable with a neck injury, is 50-50 to play, per me and @MikeGarafolo. He did attend the Saturday walk-through and has expressed optimism that he'll be out there today. But how he feels this morning will truly determine it.
