Las Vegas Raiders' Star Pass Catchers to Return Soon
Josh McDaniels said the #Raiders will meet this morning to discuss the status of TE Darren Waller and WR Hunter Renfrow, who are both eligible to come back from injured reserve this week. He sounded concerned about the idea of playing them without the opportunity to practice.

Head coach Josh McDaniels expressed uncertainty about Waller and Renfrow being able to play the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday Night Football this week due to the truncated timeline. Both should be available for the team's Week 15 showdown with the New England Patriots, McDaniels' former team.
Waller has been in and out of the lineup all year, missing seven games this season with a nagging hamstring injury. Renfrow has missed six total games of his own, first with a concussion suffered in Week 2 and then with an oblique injury that earned him his current stint on IR.
Waller and Renfrow should provide a boost to the Raiders offense in the final few games of the season. The duo combined for 1703 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns in 2021, and their absences are a huge reason why the team has underwhelmed this season. They've combined for only 367 yards and one touchdown this year, and the Raiders have stumbled to a 5-7 record after finishing 10-7 and making the playoffs last year.
