Injury Update On Raiders Tight End
He's eligible to return from the injured reserve for the Las Vegas Raiders' Week 14 game against the Rams.
However, Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels indicated that tight end Darren Waller may not be cleared to play by then.
While TE Darren Waller and WR Hunter Renfrow are both eligible to come off IR in time for next Thursday’s game at the #LARams, #Raiders coach Josh McDaniels is not sure if the short window will have them ready in time for that game. McDaniels did say the two were getting “close.”

McDaniels said Waller is getting close to a return, but because of the short turnaround in Weeks 13 and 14, the tight end might find it tough to fully move past his hamstring injury.
Waller had not played since Week 5 before being placed on the injured reserve ahead of their Week 10 game, so he appears poised to miss his seventh straight contest.
In five games this season, the thirty-year-old has 16 receptions for 175 yards and one touchdown on 24 targets. If Waller does indeed miss Sunday's game, as seems likely, Foster Moreau will be in line for another increased workload.
