Injury Update On Pittsburgh Steelers Wide Receiver
The Pittsburgh Steelers 2022 season, despite a late charge towards the playoffs, is ultimately going to end up as a massive disappointment, and while there's certainly bright spots and a positive outlook for the future, fans will be looking for a massive bounce back in 2023.
One of the biggest positives to take away is the potential this offence has, with Diontae Johnson, George Pickens, Najee Harris and Pat Freiermuth all becoming parts of a potentially dangerous unit, and if they can find the QB chemistry to lead them forward, this will be a fun team to watch.
The final four games of the year will be key to unlocking that chemistry, so seeing their top receiver Johnson on the injury report isn't ideal, and on Thursday, he remained out of practice due to a hip injury, and while he may return in 2022, Pittsburgh will need to weigh up his future, so it's a story worth keeping an eye on.Diontae Johnson didn’t practice today with a hip injury. His hip also limited his participation last week.
