Edwards-Helaire suffered a high-ankle sprain in Week 11 and is not expected to be a major part of the Chiefs' running back room once he returns, given the emergence of Isiah Pacheco and Jerick McKinnon in his absence.
In 10 games this season, the twenty-three-year-old has 71 rushing attempts for 302 yards and three touchdowns with 17 receptions for 151 yards and three touchdowns.
Edwards-Helaire will enter the final year of his rookie contract in 2023 and is likely not going to be returning to the Chiefs.
