Injury Update On Carolina Panthers Star Wide Receiver
The Carolina Panthers came up huge in their Week 14 win over the Seattle Seahawks, and now find themselves just one game back of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFC South, so potentially losing their best offensive weapon was the absolute last thing they needed.
Thankfully for Sam Darnold and this all of a sudden balanced Panthers offence, the news came back today on D.J. Moore and the knee injury he suffered in the victory, and it's fantastic news, as it is considered just a knee sprain that will have him 'day-to-day', and very likely to continue playing as this team look for a surprise playoff push.
In 2022, Moore has had to deal with three different starting Quarterbacks, but with the stability of Sam Darnold, things are looking up all of a sudden, and with 605 yards and 5 Touchdowns on the year, things should only get better for D.J. and this team going forward.Panthers’ WR D.J. Moore is now considered “day-to-day” with a knee sprain, per source, who added it’s “nothing significant.”
