Praying for Russell Wilson after this hit. Hope he is okay. Looks dizzy, not right. His eyes were bugged out.

Broncos coach Nathaniel Hackett said after Broncos game QB Russell Wilson is formally in concussion protocol. Wilson was still with the team's trainers, still in uniform, well after the game was over. He will be evaluated in each step of the protocol moving forward.

According to Jeff Legwold of ESPN, Wilson said he ''felt great" when he was examined by the team's medical staff on Monday.
With the team in a losing season, and having given Wilson a massive contract last offseason, the Broncos may opt to be cautious and hold the quarterback out this week and maybe more. If Wilson can't go this week, Brett Rypien will fill in at quarterback.
In 12 games this season, the thirty-four-year-old Wilson has thrown for 2,805 yards, 11 touchdowns and six interceptions, to go along with a 60.4 completion percentage, the lowest mark of his career.
