ILB De’Vondre Campbell makes his return:
Doubs had earned limited practices all week as he continues to recover from a wrist injury suffered in the Packer's Week 9 15-9 loss to the Detroit Lions. Today will mark his fourth consecutive missed game.
Doubs had been off to a solid start to his pro career in his nine appearances for the Packers this season, snatching 31 receptions for 314 yards and three touchdowns. His unavailability has enabled fellow rookie wide receiver Christian Watson to flourish; Watson earned Offensive Rookie of the Month honors for November thanks to his 289 receiving yards and six touchdowns over the past four games. When Doubs finally returns, the Packers will have two young wide receivers they can pin their hopes on.
Doubs joined the Packers as their 132nd overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft after a four-year career at Nevada. He pulled in 225 receptions for 3322 receiving yards in 43 appearances with the Wolf Pack. He profiles as a solid possession receiver out of the slot.
