Campbell was able to log a limited practice on Thursday, however, he still has not yet been able to clear all the necessary protocols since suffering the concussion in Week 14's game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
With Eric Rowe also out this weekend, the Dolphins will be down two safeties, increasing the workload of Jevon Holland, Verone McKinley and Clayton Fejedelem this weekend.
In 13 games this season, the twenty-seven-year-old has 12 total tackles and one pass defended.
