Facyson has been dealing with an illness all week, forcing him to miss practice and now, as a result, this week's matchup against the Vikings as well.
The Colts are also down cornerback Kenny Moore this week, leaving increased workloads for Stephon Gilmore, Isaiah Rodgers and Dallis Flowers.
In 13 games this season, the twenty-eight-year-old has 20 total tackles and five passes defended.
